This research paper focuses on trends of electronic learning system with ES integration. It is definitely a revolution from learning aspect where all the content is easily available, backed up and can be presented in different attractive layouts. Where awareness of ALEs is being high, there is a no. of applications of ES E-learning are available. This paper gives an idea to build a “common reference model”. ES enables the E-learning applications to make conclusions with confidence level. It calculates the learner’s trend and provides him authentic guidance and advice to explore and learn further. It is obviously better than a simple database programs. According to guide research report 2006 the organizations are emphasizing and improving quality of content which will finally be provided to the learners. Learning standards, conceptual model, which is in practice, is Learning Technology Standardization Committee of IEEE. It is basically based on metadata, content packaging, learner profile, learner registration and security. There are respective standards are available for these five sub standards which are introduced in comparative way but having high importance is functional model for e-learning by Sun Microsystems because it is advanced than SCORM. AXSYS and LCDS (by Microsoft) are available with good features which enable the teachers to arrange material in such a way which can serve the learner in better way. We can take the example of Google for relative content search suggestions and Youtube for related content according to the learner’s (Visitor’s) interest and trend towards content. This paper discusses the same feature of ES in E-Learning. Several other ES are available, e.g. AAA, Ez-Xpert 3.0 and EXSYS Corvid which are serving the end user in user friendly manner. Adaptive learning system seems ultimate and desired goal in this research paper because Teo and Gay say the E-Learning systems are still limited which are available at the moment. If we see VULMS so it is exactly online repositories and lack of personalization learning system. In this research paper we got idea that adaptive sites are not large in no. which are available and serving online but still ES is proving and will be successful in proving itself better than a human expert. The reason will be the repository and depth calculation of a visitor, learner or a customer on site. In future it is expected that ES will be available in mobile learning technology.
